In-Home Cooking Classes
Guided by Chef Laurie, guests will prepare and cook the delicious recipes provided. They are
then invited to the table and the food is served by Chef Laurie and her assistant. A special
gift bag, including a packet of recipes, is provided for each guest.
Costs for In-Home Cooking Classes start at $85 per person (minimum 6). This includes menu
preparation, groceries, equipment, class time, clean up, a recipe packet and gift bag.

Would you prefer smaller classes? Schedule some one-on-one time in your kitchen with
Chef Laurie and learn the basics, something new, or improve your techniques.
Individual Cooking Lessons in your home for 1 person:
$300 + cost of groceries for a 3-hour lesson for 1 person (includes 3 hours of hands-on
cooking time, recipe and menu creation, grocery shopping, equipment, kitchen clean-up,
travel time.)
For 2 people, there will be an additional fee of $50.00.
In addition, a "field trip" to the grocery store with Chef Laurie to purchase the ingredients for
your cooking lesson may be arranged for a small additional fee.
