Southern California and I moved to the Washington DC Metro
area about twenty years ago.
From an Italian and Hungarian background, I was raised
believing that “Food is Love” – and there was plenty of both to
go around in our home! My passion for food started when I
was a teenager and I have enjoyed cooking for family and
friends ever since.
I started A Fabulous Feast seven years ago. My reason was
simple: to do what I love. I take great satisfaction in knowing
that I am not only providing nutritious and delicious food, but
also improving my clients' quality of life and giving them more
time to do the things they truly enjoy. I also love teaching
people how to cook and helping them to nourish themselves
and their families.
I have always been an adventurous cook and have explored
many different cuisines - Indian, Thai, Chinese, Italian, Mexican
and Hungarian, to name a few.
I am presently continuing my culinary education at
L’Academie de Cuisine. I am fully insured, a Certified Food
Safety Manager in the State of Maryland, and a proud
member of the American Personal and Private Chef
Association and the American Culinary Federation.
